The Club meets at 7:30 P.M. on the first and third Wednesday of the month, September through June.

The first monthly meeting may have a speaker, a slideshow, or some type of hands-on workshop.

The second monthly meeting is our competition meeting. We compete in both print and digital. There are different categories each month. They are listed on our competition page. The competitons are great fun and help to improve your photography skills. Come and join us!

To submit your digital competition images, on the navigation bar above, click on the "Competitions" pull-down, then the "Monthly Club Competitions" and the "Submit Digital Images" pull-downs.

Competitions are open to AVCC members only.

May 16 Competition Night

Subjects for the night's competition are "Open" for prints and "Open" and "Sculpted" for digital projection.

Digital images must be submitted on or before Sunday, May 13.

May 17 Quad Club Competition

AVCC hosts the Quad Club Competition at 7:30 p.m. in the Senior Center.

June 6 Program Night

In her program, "Fifth Image", Marika Barnett will show us how, by combining four identical images, she creates a fifth image in which the original object disappears and a new design emerges which sometimes reinforces, sometimes contradicts the original object.
